Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

American Wizard has two types of shipping availability options:

  • Level 1 In Stock: Normally Ships within 24 hours
  • Level 2 Special Order: Normally Ships within 7-10 days

If an item is "In Stock," then that means we physically have it in our warehouse, and it will be shipped in 1 business shipping days after receiving your payment (sometimes shipping even the same day).

If you are paying by anything other than a credit card (like check, PayPal, money order), then your order won't be shipped until we have verified the payment. As soon as that happens, we will have your order shipped within 24 hours.

If an item is marked as "Level 2", this means that we don't currently have this item on our shelves, but we can easily get it from our distributors. Since it usually takes a certain number of business days for us to get these items delivered to us (depending on the distributor), we ship them out immedietely after they arrive. Special ordering allows us to expand our inventory, giving you even more things to buy without us having to physically stock these items on our shelves.

NOTE: Just because you purchase a Special Order item does NOT mean that they are guaranteed to be in stock. Sometimes the distributor is currently out of special order items and it's on backorder. If this is the case, and you happen to purchase something on special order that will not be available to us within the predefined number of business days, we will let you know immedietely by email. If the special order item that you bought is on backorder and you don't want to wait for it, we will refund that amount back to you. Otherwise, we will ship it out as soon as it comes in stock. If you would like to know ahead of time whether or not a special order item is going to be in stock before you purchase it, contact us at leigh@wizardmagic.com.

** If you happen to order a mixture of In Stock and Special Order items, then your total order will ship as soon as your Special Order items arrive. This way, shipping costs are minimized and we only have to ship one package out. We want to make that clear. If you buy something that is marked as "In Stock", meaning it ships within 24 hours, but you also have a Special Order item in your order (which ships within a specified number of business days), then your total order will ship within that many days, including your in stock item.

 

 

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping to USA destinations on orders over $100 and packages weighing less than 5 pounds.

We accept all major credit cards via PAYPALtm ONLY, checks, and money orders. You can order products by our web site ONLY, we can not accept phone orders. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We are in the business of selling magic secrets. Because many of our products are sold for their secrets, shock, joke, or suprize value, we can not offer an open return policy. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES except for special conditions outlined in the "EXCHANGE POLICY" listed below.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy is as follows. We will gladly exchange manufacturer defective products with the SAME ITEM ONLY and only with authorization from this company. There will be no exchanges if the product was damaged due to mis-handling or not fully reading the instructions.

Pricing Errors
We try our best to offer the best service and value. Occasionally when importing product data into our website, technical glitches sometimes caused inaccurate pricing to be displayed. (example: any products that show they cost $0.00) We can not honor such prices due to typos and programing bugs.With the thousands of products we carry, sometimes these errors are missed. If a product is ordered with any such errors, we will cancel the order, refund any payments, and try to correct the pricing errors as soon as we can.
